OUR SERVICE

On the one hand, we offer you the EHE remote transmission around our angel-heart-energy method, which you can book and get energetically sent remotely. On the other hand, we offer you physical MARRIAGE products that you can get delivered to your home via a shipping service provider. You can place both types in one order. However, only the physical EHE products count for the shipping costs and any free shipping costs.

To order by telephone, simply call us during our order times on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Outside of these hours you can speak your order on our answering machine.

Packaging and shipping costs

There are of course no shipping costs for the Engel-Herz-Energie long-distance transmission and the EHE life counseling.

The following applies to our physical EHE products that we send to you via a shipping service provider (DHL):

The postage and shipping costs for deliveries in Germany amount to a flat rate of € 5.95.
The minimum order value for your delivery within Germany is € 30.00 after deduction of any discounts.

From € 80, - order value postage free.
Shipping time 3-10 working days.


We will be happy to inform you of the postage and shipping costs for deliveries to other countries on request.

Your payment options

The prices stated here on the Engel-Herz-Energie website apply. These are gross prices including statutory VAT plus any postage and shipping costs.

  • prepayment

    After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by post, fax or email. There you will find out all the details about your order and our bank details. From that point on, you have 14 days to transfer the amount to us in advance without any deductions. If no payment is received within this period, we will cancel your order.

  • PayPal

    If you have a PayPal account, you can transfer the invoice amount to us via PayPal. When placing your order, be sure to include your email address, which is linked to your PayPal account. We will then send you a payment request. From that point on, you have 14 days to send the amount to us via PayPal without any deductions. If no payment is received within this period, we will cancel your order.

  • Cash on delivery

    If you choose the payment method "cash on delivery", you pay the invoice amount plus a cash on delivery fee of € 6 when your package is delivered directly to the DHL parcel delivery company. We will send you a confirmation email in advance so that you can track the shipment and know exactly when your package will arrive.
